Sub-Level Two - Special Cells

When the maximum isn't enough for Gotham's most dangerous they are shipped to the place typically called the 'Pit'. This place has a large retractable walkway to a center platorm that has other extendable walkways to a number of cells with one door facing the chasm and an electrified door at that. Welcome to the cells of Mister Freeze, The Joker, Zsasz, Scarecrow and more...but since the riot, the inmates have escaped and many lay empty...unless by choice or if the residents are afraid of what lies within.
